A Map, Not a Merger

Product version lives in the family's product file. Firebrand reads and projects; it does not grow a second writer. Pippa identity, conversations, memory, and routing live in cwkPippa. Firebrand attaches files read-only when asked and never calls her. Session records and profiles are Firebrand's notebook. Workspace files belong to the selected workspace. Leg credentials stay in each vendor's store or the operator's environment — read per doctrine, never copied. Runtime and deploy declarations live in the family hub. SiblingKit is a build-time source for marks and chrome, never an engine import.

Overlap fences for neighboring quests stay loud. swift-quest is Apple craft. sibling-kit-quest is plumbing. kiln-quest is a workshop that never authors. anvil-quest is the instrument; Firebrand is a specimen. smolder-quest is the terminal vessel; this quest taught only the handshake. agent-quest is generic theory. This quest is this loop.

Ownership is a table, not a feeling. If two products write the same fact, one of them is a fork.

Failure Names the Owner

A broken vault is a vault problem and a refused session, not a synthesized soul. An expired vendor login is that leg's doctrine, not a parallel OAuth. A Swift signing failure is swift-quest. A review of this quest that asks for a clone URL has already crossed the private-repo line.

Code

Canonical owners in one breath·text
version family product file — project, do not write
Pippa cwkPippa — attach files, never call
notebook Firebrand — only writer
workspace the selected tree
credentials each vendor / the operator — never copied
deploy family hub
chrome marks kit at build time, not at boot

Exercise

Pick a fact from a session you just imagined: the model name, the product version, the soul's voice, a dead link on a quest page. Write the owner of each. If two answers are Firebrand, you merged someone.
Hint
Model name is a recorded fold. Product version is the family file. Voice is cwkPippa. The quest page is the site.
