02What problem do project references solve?

Try a monorepo with two packages and dependencies between them. Without project references, every tsc rechecks everything; with them, only the changed packages.

03When would you reach for Bun or Deno instead of Node + tsc?

Hint

Try bun run myscript.ts — no compile step. Same with deno run myscript.ts. The startup difference vs. node + tsc is dramatic.
