   The third defining sentence: geography is a projection of the same travel state, from globe to footstep. This is the track where Waystone's object-orientation shows most clearly. One canonical travel state sits underneath; the globe, the journey map, the place lens, the itinerary, and the logs are all views that render it and none of them owns a separate copy of the truth. Planned and actual geometry ride as separate layers, the map stores nothing of its own, and adding a new view is just adding another reader.

   Real trips do not begin as clean data. They begin as a messy pasted plan, a wall of notes, or a photograph of Mom's OneNote table. Carve is the contract for turning that rough stone into a shaped scaffold: preserve the exact sources before the brain touches them, let Pippa normalize the mess into the day-section grammar, present it as a reviewable proposal that only Accept persists, and surface every unknown as an honest TBD instead of an invented fact. This track is import-and-normalize done without ever falsifying precision.

   Waystone is small on purpose. It treats the whole CWK ecosystem as its component library and invents only the travel-specific gap. This track works through the discipline that keeps it small: the Adopt-Extract-Adapt-Invent ledger, the refusal to grow its own brain (Ask Pippa binds to a canonical cwkPippa conversation), the field-hardened Sidekick contract, the Rekindle round trip that keeps prose where prose belongs, and the rule underneath all of it — integration reuses a sibling's capability without ever transferring its ownership.
