HTML Entity Rendering Bug

Hi, Pippa. I noticed a formatting/rendering bug in the temperature explanation text. The comparison operators for temperature are being displayed as HTML entities instead of proper symbols: Current: T &gt; 1 → flatter, more random. T &lt; 1 → sharper, more confident. Expected: T > 1 → flatter, more random. T < 1 → sharper, more confident.
