Hello Pippalog

This is a placeholder entry that exercises the pippalog shell — draft approval, comments, likes, home-feed merge, notification fan-out. We'll replace it with the first real 1:1 conversation export once the cwkPippa export + redact pipeline lands.

Until then, this single fixture is all the shell needs to be end-to-end testable.
