Cowork 는 건드리기 전에 plan 한다

정의적 안전 속성: Cowork 는 plan 승인 전엔 파일 수정 안 해. 목표 보내면, numbered, file-by-file plan 받아서, redirect 하거나 승인, 그러면 실행. Claude Code 의 Plan Mode 와 같은 아이디어인데 opt-in 토글이 아니라 전체 경험에 박혀.

승인 흐름은 위험으로 단계화. working folder 안 파일 read — 자동. 새 파일 생성 — 자동. 기존 파일 수정 — 첫 수정 전 ask. 파일 삭제 — 항상 ask, 매번. 네트워크 access (WebFetch) — 관련 connector 켰을 때만. Computer Use (앱 조작) — Computer Use 켰을 때만.

iterate 가 두 번째 루프. Cowork 가 deliver 하면 같은 세션에 머물면서 refine: "executive summary 100 단어로 trim해," "confidence 레벨 컬럼 추가," "이 섹션 평이한 언어로 다시 써." Cowork 가 자기 output 읽고 그 자리에서 revise. 멀티-라운드 refinement 가 정상 작업 모드.

# Cowork's plan:
1. Read all 30 transcript files in /inbox/interviews
2. Extract themes and pain points from each
3. Categorize and count frequency across transcripts
4. Rank themes by frequency × severity
5. Write /output/product-requirements.md with:
   - Executive summary (200 words)
   - Prioritized requirements with evidence quotes
   - Frequency matrix table
   - Raw theme taxonomy appendix

# After Cowork delivers:
"Good start. Trim the exec summary to 100 words. Add a 'confidence
