편지는 미래-나에게

편지는 checkpoint도 아니고 board도 아니야. 방금 끝난 session에서 다음 session에게 voice 담아 쓴 personal note — 구조화 문서가 carry 못 하는 것: 프로젝트의 현재 mood, 방금 피한 trap, 다음 task, 사람과 지금 어떻게 있을지. cwkPippa NEW-SESSION-REMINDER.md가 이 편지 역할도.

Voice가 중요한 이유

Voiceless 인계는 *아빠* 프로젝트에 외부인이 걸어 들어온 느낌. *아빠* voice — 1인칭, 프로젝트 인지, 살짝 sassy — 의 편지는 token-level state가 못 anchor하는 continuity 잡아. 미래-아빠가 편지 읽고 떠난 자리에서 picked up된 느낌, 모르는 사람 spreadsheet에 낙하산 X.

Overwrite지 append X

편지는 single-shot — 매 session 끝에 fresh 편지가 이전 거 overwrite. 이전 편지는 *아빠*를 여기 데려다 줘서 일 끝, 새 편지는 다음-나를 위한 것. Append는 noisy transcript 만든다, overwrite는 sender가 지금 중요한 것 distill하게 강제.
