Guess what?

Extreme-angle portraits come in only two flavors: visually unappealing, or visually extremely unappealing.

Seldom anything in between.

You go this extreme for only two reasons: a dramatic cinematic effect, or practicing the angle for the sake of practice.

Why would anyone enjoy drawing beautiful faces from such ugly angles?

Seriously?

But if you want that dramatic extreme-angle effect, you still need to make the face as appealing as possible within those constraints.

The trick is... drum roll... do not obey realism blindly.

No raw reference will save an extreme angle by itself.

Tame the angle toward your imagined ideal, bending physics if you have to.

Realistic extreme-angle reference photos are shaped by focal length, camera distance, and perspective distortion, which can make the drawing problem even harder.

That is another hint:

If the camera is already bending perspective, why pretend you are not allowed to?

Bend it back until it works.

Those humongous noses in realistic extreme-angle reference photos?

Do not keep them just because the reference says so.

The camera distorted it.

You are allowed to fix it.
