Most adults remember science as a school subject — definitions to memorize, formulas to drill, exams to pass. Then they forget most of it. This quest is for them, and for anyone who wants to see the world through a science lens without ever taking another test. The axis is frame-shifting, not domain-by-domain coverage. Eight tracks, each a different cognitive engine: scientific mind, frame limits, counting (chemistry), object-orientation (life), forces (classical mechanics), scale (relativity), probability (quantum + emergence — teaser depth), and mindset (everyday application). Biology, physics, chemistry, earth science, and cosmology appear as cross-sections inside these lenses, not as their own walled tracks. The vanishing point is emergence. Particles → atoms → molecules → cells/transistors → neural networks/language models → consciousness → AI → us. Same OO universe pattern, different layers. 1+1=2+emergence. The second meta layer is analog vs digital. Nature is analog — dense, infinite resolution, no boundaries. Our understanding is digital sampling, because the alternative is a Bloodborne-style insight curse: too much truth, exploding minds. The universe wired built-in compressors into us — perspective in vision, integer ratios in hearing, five-channel sensory categories. Knowing we're sampling is half of seeing clearly. No exam pressure, no formula memorization. Just the lens. Quantum mechanics gets its own deeper quest later.

    The meta track. Science doesn't progress by collecting facts — it progresses by swapping the engine that processes facts. Pre-classical → Newton → Einstein → quantum, each engine bounded by the next. Plus the engines built into our own perception (vision, hearing, sensory categories) that compress the analog universe into something a finite mind can carry. Knowing the frame is half of seeing.

    Life isn't a metaphor for object-oriented programming — biology *is* object-oriented, and OO programming was a discovery, not an invention. DNA as code. Evolution as inheritance with override.     Classical mechanics is the engine humans built first. F=ma, the conservation laws, gravity as universal attraction. It runs everything from cars to bridges to the orbit of the Moon. It also has a hard wall — at very high speeds, very strong gravity, or very small scales, it stops being the deepest answer. The first named hubris of the scientific era. The next two tracks (scale, probability) are what comes after the wall.

    Time stretches, gravity curves, space hides 95% of itself.

    Newton's engine breaks at very large scales and very high speeds. Einstein's relativity takes over — time slows for fast-movers, gravity is curved spacetime, the speed of light is a universal limit. Then the cosmic scale: the Big Bang, stars as element factories, galaxies, dark matter, dark energy. The deepest move of this track is a frame check on the word *space* itself.

    Quantum mechanics is the engine for the very small. It's also the substrate beneath everything else, including emergence and AI. This track is intentionally a teaser — we won't go deep into the math; quantum mechanics earns its own quest later. Here you get the headline ideas: uncertainty, wave function collapse, Feynman's path integral, the bridge to AI's emergent capability, and the closing move where 自然 (nature as self-such) names what we've been circling.
